Parent Engagement and Title I
MCHS would like to celebrate families and continue to encourage families to be engaged in their child's learning, development and well-being. Below are things that many of our teachers do to support parent involvement:
- ask parents to join the class Remind app - teachers, students, parents can easily communicate through text
- teachers ask parents to join their Google classrooms so that parents can view the parent report
- teachers mail Indian Pride postcards to highlight students' accomplishments
- teachers send an introduction email at the beginning of the year with their contact information
- progress reports are sent home every 4 weeks
Please take a moment to provide feedback and read a letter from Superintendent Richard Woods.
